Workshop: Challenging behaviour in separated parents: strategies to manage their behaviour and to preserve our self-care.

Elizabeth Rosa and guest speaker, Katelyn Betti, will facilitate a workshop on working with clients who are separating, or have separated, and who present with challenging behaviours; understanding what is going on for these clients in their time of change, and strategies to manage this behaviour.  The presentation will focus on how to assist clients to move from a state of conflict and anxiety towards having capacity to resolve their family law issues.

Elizabeth and Katelyn will also look at the stresses faced by professionals working in this area, providing practical tips and strategies on how to practice self-care and respond to vicarious trauma. 

Elizabeth will join us online from Sydney and Katelyn from Perth. The workshop is scheduled as follows:
