Full Description
The Psychosocial Support Program provides support and services which aim to help people with severe mental illness who are not funded through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to increase their ability to do everyday activities through a range of non-clinical community based support.
This program will provide clients who were previously supported under the Personal Helpers and Mentors Program and if found ineligible for supports under the NDIS, then provided with similar supports to those they received from their previous programs.
