Mental Health Central Australia Health Service (MH CAHS)
Mental Health Central Australia Health Service (MH CAHS) is committed to achieving best possible outcomes for the Central Australia community by building a more reactive, timely service with improved coordination between our Mental Health Teams and integration between linked services, non-government agencies and primary health providers. The service user is the central focus of integrated care. There is no single model of integrated care that fits all individuals, families and communities. Our service aim is to address fragmentation in existing services, and enable better-coordinated and more continuous care for service users, carers, families and communities.
