The Mental Health Team provides assistance, support and advice to anyone under the age of 18 years on a range of issues affecting their mental wellbeing. Our service focuses on helping children and youth who are experiencing moderate to severe mental health concerns, including: behavioural and emotional issues; depression and/or anxiety; self-harming and suicidal behaviours; social and communication problems; peer relationship issues, such as bullying or other stresses; grief and loss; psychiatric conditions. We are a team of mental health professionals with specialist skills and interests in supporting children and youth with mental health concerns. Our team includes a consultant psychiatrist and visiting specialists in child and youth mental health.
